Meagan + Konnor
These two were the winners of my FREE engagement session giveaway! I actually met Meagan and Konner both at the Lubbock Bridal Show last year, and then they entered the giveaway on my Instagram…and won!
I always ask my couples if they need any inspiration for shoot locations, but Meagan already had it covered. She suggested Llano Estacado Winery who so kindly let us hang out and have a picnic at their vineyard on a nice warm Wednesday evening. She brought the cutest little charcuterie setup, fresh flowers, and everything! We cheers’ed with a glass of red wine in the parking lot and said our goodbyes until our next adventure, the next Saturday at Palo Duro Canyon - one of my favorite places to be.
We met up at the parking lot on top of the canyon then winded our way down together and stopped off at a few scenic spots. We laughed about the fact that some of the red rocks looked like the three of us were alone on Mars for the session instead of Canyon, Texas. We caravanned around the canyon and their two Aussies, Skyley and Oakley, were total troopers hanging out in the car (with the A/C on, of course!) until it was time for their model call. Meagan would swap out her Chacos she used to hike around for heels - and even busted out her classic cowboy boots at the end too.
We ended our adventure on one of my favorite outlook points at the top of the canyon, in the warmest most delicious golden hour light. When we said our goodbyes Meagan gave me a Starbucks gift card to say thank you - she is literally the sweetest thing ever and knows the quickest way to my heart!!
Konner and Meagan, thank you for the coolest adventure together and for so much fun! You guys are made for each other and are the most incredible dog parents. Wishing you guys a lifetime of the sweetest love together!
